PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment for purchases can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express credit cards, or with bank debit cards displaying the MarsterCard or Visa logo.  Purchases made with a valid credit card will be processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy once payment is authorized by the credit card company.

Product availabilty and prices for internet purchases are kept as current as possible; however, pricing is subject to change without notice. In the event of a price increase, we will contact you prior to shipment via the e-mail address or telephone number provided to confirm the price change.

Gypsy Treasure reserves the right to correct any errors that may occur.

Sorry, but due to check authorization dating requirements, we are unable to accept checks for internet purchases.

SHIPPING POLICY:

While we strive to process and ship orders within 24-hours of their receipt on business days, this is not always possible. Our shipping/receiving business days are Monday through Friday, . Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the day the order is received.

In the rare event we are unable to ship a complete order due to a product(s) being out of stock and unavailable within our 3 to 5 day shipping guidelines, we will contact you via the e-mail address or telephone number you provided to advise you of the unavailable products. Back-orders will not be automatically shipped.

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via USPS mail. For orders shipped via the USPS to continental US addresses, we offer a flat-rate shipping/handling charge of $7.00. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional minimum charge of $10.00 that will be charged to the credit card used at the time of purchase.  This may be reflected as an additional, or new charge.  All retail orders over $50.00 (excluding taxes/shipping/handling) will be shipped FREE to continental US addresses via USPS mail.

Orders sent to Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom or other international destinations will be shipped via the USPS at a minimum charge of $25.00.  Actual USPS charges over this amount will be charged to the credit card used at the time of purchase and may be reflected as an additional, or new charge.

Other forms of shipment, such as USPS expedited delivery options, UPS or FedEx deliveries may be requested and must be noted in the original order. Your order amount will be adjusted for any expedited delivery requested and charged to your credit card.

Orders can also be processed for pick-up at the store if requested at the time of the order.

Some products may contain ingredients that are subject to shipping restrictions pursuant to the IATA and 49CFR government guidelines. The shipping of these materials is regulated based on size and/or quantity. As a result of the regulations, additional fees instituted by the USPS and UPS may apply. Should your purchase be subject to shipping restrictions and/or additional fees, we will notify you via the e-mail address or telephone number provided in your order to advise you of the fees or restrictions. Any additional fees incurred as a result of shipping regulations will be charged to the credit card used at the time of the purchase and will be reflected as an additional charge on your account.  The products that are subject to the shipping restrictions and/or additional fees are identified in their specific product category and description.

PRIVACY POLICY:

At Gypsy Treasure, we are committed to protecting your privacy when you access our on-line services. In order to provide you with that commitment, we use digital certificates to enable the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol which secures data communication between Web browsers and the Web site. This means that your data is encrypted and that no one can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet. 

In order to serve you and complete any order you may make, it is necessary to collect personal information from you, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card information. This information is solely for the purposes of completing an order or providing you with a newsletter or response to any request you make regarding our products or services, or any other information you agree to receive.

Gypsy Treasure will not provide, transfer, share, exchange or sell any personal data, address, telephone number or e-mail address you give us to any other person or business. 

RETURN POLICY:

At Gypsy Treasure, due to the nature of the products we provide, we must adopt an “All Sales are Final, No Return policy” for all products.

For hygienic reasons, items such as makeup, wigs, hats, shoes, teeth or appliances/props for the mouth are never returnable.

For costumes, the general policy in the costume industry has been no returns. This is due to the nature of package costuming which is generally designed for limited use. Unfortunately, due to the small number of purchasers who damage or alter a costume prior to using it, or those who use the costume and attempt to return it, we must adhere to this No Return policy. We realize that these instances are few in nature, but in order to maintain low costs for our customers and high product standards, we must maintain this policy.

Of course, in the event we ship you an incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct product.In this event, you must notify us by telephone or e-mail within 3 business days of the receipt of the item. Contact the Internet Sales department at (619) 466-2251 or (800) 466-0012 or at question@gypsytreasure.com.
